The Langara College Board has engaged the executive search firm of Janet Wright and Associates (JWA) to assist in its search and recruitment of a new College President. Jim Lundy, the JWA Lead Consultant from will be on campus on March 5, 6 & 7, 2008 conducting consultation meetings with various College constitutent groups. The purpose of these meetings is to obtain information regarding:
- The opportunites, challenges and priorities facing Langara College in the coming years, and
- The skills, background and experience required of the new President.
The information received will form part of an organization and position profile and will be used in JWA's search and recruitment activities.
Should you wish to provide input to the Consultant on these 2 questions, a meeting for students has been scheduled on Thurs March 6 12:30 to 1:30 in Room L305 (Library classroom).
